Walking A Francois Marin public activity
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am about 30 seniors meet at the tennis court parking lot, at Broods Park in Harwich to walk. This morning activity is a great way to keep in shape while enjoying the companionship of others.
One of six routes, each about 3 miles long, is taken each day and walkers are encouraged to walk at their own pace. This activity is free and open to all seniors.

Volleyball A Francois Marin public activity
Volleyball, using the one bounce rule, is played at the Harwich Community Center gym, on Tuesdays and Fridays, from noon to 2:00pm. At a cost of $20 per season (9/1/07 thru 6/15/08), this action packed game helps to maintain good physical shape while making new friends.
