Womens Gourmet
Don't let the name intimidate you! This is more about the eating of good food than actually doing a whole lot of complex cooking! So join us if you like to eat, maybe have a glass of wine and try new cuisines. Some events do include your significant other.
The Gourmet Group is organized as a series of culinary events for women who share an interest in gourmet cuisine within a social setting. We learn about food preparation, sample ethnic flavors and have fun getting to know one another.
The following events are planned for 2007-2008
Oktoberfest
Enjoy the umpah pah music of Rudy's Bavarian Band along with food and spirits! Check your recipes for some Bavarian dishes. Each member will be asked to bring a dish in an assigned category.
This event is open to husbands/significant others.
Date: Friday October 12th Time: 5pm to 8pm
Place: Christ church Episcopal, Route 28, Harwich Port
Cost: $15.00 per person
