Newcomers Womens Gourmet

We are a group for women interested in food, not necessarily in cooking. We gather for events and functions. There are no monthly meetings. We have a Fall social where husbands /significant others are invited if you wish. On October 24th we had a Spooktacular Halloween Party. Other events involve a Soup Luncheon, a Cookie Swap and a Salad Luncheon. We will be planning a cooking class or two at locations to be announced.

Events scheduled thus far:
A bread making class at Highfield Hall will be held on Monday, November 22nd. This is limited to 18 students. The cost is $25.00 and if interested please call Chris Taylor at 430-4076 or Peggy Greenwood at 432-3415.

The Cookie Swap will be held Friday, December 17th at The Eldredge Public Library in Chatham. The time is 1:30-3:30pm. Notices and details of events will be sent to all Gourmet Group members by e-mail prior to the function.

The cost of membership to Women's Gourmet is $5.00. Membership fees should be sent to Peggy Greenwood at PO Box 338, Harwich Port, Ma 02646. Make checks is payable to Newcomers Women's Gourmet. Please include your carefully printed e-mail address in order ensure we make no errors contacting you.
